I've made lots of cross-field passes in this graceful West Ham side, But I'm playing centre forward, a change from way out wide, Although I'm not a fella that would throw a game away, I surprise myself sometimes at the power in my play, Bowen is a-roaming in this graceful West Ham side, Roamin' Jarrod Bowen - he takes it in his stride.

He's a striker all day long . Said it on here a couple of months ago . Goals ain't the problem the defence is.

I hate to say it but I don’t think he’s that good.
On the plus side, I am often extremely wrong about players.

"Just think our team at present has hit a wall. Not sure if it is tiredness physical or mental, but we were not at the races for a few games except Villa"
We don't have a squad to rotate unlike teams like Man City, Man United and Chelsea. See how we raced into a 3 goal lead in the last 2 games and flagged so badly second half of both. We just don't have the luxury of being able to rest players with key injuries mounting and lack of enough real quality on the bench. Yes we have hit a bit of a wall but we are still picking up the points and we have to keep it up in the next 8 games. We need Bowen to find his early season form as he is probably one our main goal threat now

He was having a good season but gone off the boil after new year. Seems to have lost a bit of pace. Frustrating at times how he doesn’t look up when running with the ball, and also tends to want an extra touch when a shot is on. Two things that are drummed into players at a very young age. Fornals often does the same. Hopefully they’ll both improve in time.

Might need a shuffle around to find the spark again.

I strongly disagree with what you're saying, but you're right, there is no point in making an argument out of it, just for the sake of it!

Vexed, agreed - johnson was probably our best player, alongside Dawson.

didnt Bowen say he spent his summer doing sprints on the family farm?? reckons the heavy ground helped make him quicker.
